PRADCO Fishing Acquires Whisker Seeker Tackle

EBSCO Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Whisker Seeker Tackle for EBSCO portfolio company, PRADCO Outdoor Brands.

Founded by Matthew Davis in 2015, Whisker Seeker Tackle (WST) is a premium brand of catfish tackle located in Grimes, Iowa. The vast array of products explicitly built for catfishing include fishing rods, rigs and lures, hooks, swivels, terminal tackle, landing nets, floats, fishing line, and more.

The addition of WST to the PRADCO fishing family allows PRADCO to enter the catfish market for the first time, expanding and complimenting the existing brands and product portfolio.
