Brandon Duan

Associate

Brandon Duan is an Associate for EBSCO Capital. His responsibilities include evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting the transaction process.

Prior to joining EBSCO Capital, Brandon was a member of the Investment Research team at Highland Associates, an institutional investment advisor and OCIO, where he led their sourcing and due diligence process for private equity funds and other illiquid investments, in addition to broad capital markets research and portfolio monitoring. Brandon also brings a strong background in quantitative analytics, statistical programming, and business intelligence, which he utilized building proprietary models and reports for Highland, including liquidity forecasting models, portfolio intelligence reports, and workflow optimization processes.

Brandon has a B.A. in Finance & Economics and an MS, Finance from the Manderson Graduate School of Business at the University of Alabama. He is also a CFA charterholder. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys automotive racing, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
