All Current Electrical Sales, Inc.

All Current Electrical Sales, Inc. (ACE), was acquired by EBSCO Industries through EBSCO Capital, its new platform investment division, and members of ACE management.

Based in Pennsauken, New Jersey, ACE is a leading specialty reseller of electrical components utilized across a broad range of industrial end markets. Through its extensive line of conduit fittings, controls, circuit breakers, and other electrical components, including private label and custom products, ACE serves as a vital partner to its distributor customers by allowing them to fulfill “need-it-now” orders and sell a comprehensive line of products and brands outside of regularly stocked inventory.

ACE’s CEO Bob Nabrzeski, who co-founded the company in 1981, will continue to lead the business. Commenting on the acquisition, Bob stated, “I am very excited that All Current has joined the EBSCO family. There are many opportunities to grow this platform over time, and EBSCO’s unique, long-term perspective provides the opportunity and support to execute our strategy.”
